How to reserve
＊We don’t accept direct reservation.
＊But we accept the reservation from a
concierge of the hotel where you stay
in Kyoto.
For online reservations, please use the following.
Online reservation Online reservation※Reservations must be made from the beginning of the month two months to two days prior to the desired date of your visit.
（Example：If you wish to visit us on August 15, we will accept your request between June 1 and August 13.）
※Children must be at least 9 years old to enter the store.
※For children over 9 years old, please order a course meal.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 2 days prior to the reserved date.
Available between 10:00～21:00（closed on Tuesdays）
In case of cancellation on the day before or on the very day,
100%of the reserved course price will be charged.
Payment methods will be handled on a case-by-case basis.Cancellation fees for private parties will be handled separately, so please confirm when making your reservation.
